PEAK July 18-20, 2012: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Young People and Parents,
In just a few short weeks we will travel to Tulsa, OK for PEAK 2012! The past five year’s experience at PEAK have been life-‐changing not only for our young people, but for thousands of young people across America and around the world. For many, attending PEAK requires sacrifice–giving up things to save money throughout the year in order to be able to attend, but from the first moment you walk into the opening service, you feel the pure and holy presence of God along with thousands of other worshipping young people -‐ to the final goodbye exchanged with brand new friends, every young person will have agreed that the trip to Tulsa was worth the sacrifice. A few notes about
FLIGHTS:
• Please be sure your flight is scheduled to arrive at the airport on July 18 between 10am and 5pm. And your departing flight on July 21 should be scheduled to leave TULSA between 10am and 2pm. If you
must schedule outside of these times you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the airport.
• Please book your flight NOW, prices WILL NOT DROP. The sooner you buy the better deal you get.
• Please note if your selected airline charges extra fees for baggage and check your baggage size restrictions.
• Please check with your selected airline for ANY special restrictions and the TSA for ANY and ALL airport security requirements.
A note about HOTEL ROOMS: As always, we will do our very best to put you in a room with your very best friends. Please be aware that due to the size of our group and the need for a chaperone in every
room we may not be able to accommodate your every request.
Please let us know if there is someone specific you would like to room with or if you have any special needs.
