To meet our students’ career needs, the Career Center is offering a variety of Career Workshops that address various topics including job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, career resources for Veteran students, and much more.

All CRC students and staff are welcome to attend the workshops.  Please sign up at L-217, call the Career Center at 916-691-7456 or simply show up!

Educator Recruitment Expo

Only held in the Spring Semester
The Educator Recruitment Expo will facilitate a connection between educational agencies and individuals interested in pursuing employment in the field of education. School districts, education services, and agencies in need of qualified credentialed and non-credentialed educators may attend the Educator Recruitment Expo. For more information, click here.

Engineering & Computer Science Career Day

Only held in the Spring Semester
The Engineering & Computer Science Job Fair is hosted by the College of Engineering and Computer Science Career Services directed by Cici Mattiuzzi. To sign up for an invitation to Career Day 2012 visit their website.

Grad Fair

The Grad Fair is hosted by the Alumni Association and Bookstore offering products and services to graduating seniors to prepare for graduation such as caps & gowns, class rings, announcements, etc. For information on how to register contact: Carlotta Moore at 916.278.5118

APPLICATION FOR “FROM FAILURE TO PROMISE” ESSAY SCHOLARSHIP.

Please read the following instructions carefully, failure to follow the instructions may make your application ineligible:

1. All applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll into an accredited college or university in the Fall of 2011. (High school seniors and current college students are both encouraged to apply)

2. Applicants must have a Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.

Scholarship monies will be paid directly to the student.
